Your tracker comes with a unique weblink which you can share with your family and friends. You can optionally add a password to the viewing link. The weblink works on any internet connected mobile device, tablet, laptop, or PC. A map will load and a green flag will appear that typically updates your location every 5 minutes when moving. If you stop moving for 3 minutes or more the flag will turn orange.

You can add up to 3 mobile phone numbers, which you can edit at any time. If you press the button 3x times it will send an SOS message to all three of the contacts. Note, there is a 2-hour cooldown, design to prevent repeated accicental activation, so do not press SOS before you set off.

Purchase a tracker, with a one year subscription. We post out your device. When it arrives register yourself on the site and you will be up and running with a personal share weblink in minutes. You are all set and ready to go. Just hold down the power button and away you go

The Mini LTE tracker must be able to see the sky and be in an area of LTE / IoT signal, on any mobile network in the world. These mini LTE devices do work under trees (while satellite transmitting devices often do not). If you are in an area with no signal, the Mini LTE device will continue to track its location and will transmit all the recorded data when it is back in an area of signal. LTE Mini do normally work in a vehicle, near a window. Trackers do not generally work indoors, or underground.

Yes! It works out it's position using satellites and trabsmite its location to your personal map using any mobile network in the world. It combines the power and coverage of all the networks LTE (4G and IoT).

A mini LTE tracker costs £85 to buy. It requires an annual LTE IoT subscriptionof £60.

We think the Lite subscription is the best fit for personal users, but if you do want additional capabilities, we offer a Advanced Subscription for £114 per year, that offers these additional capabilities:

• Create unlimited individual event weblinks

• Upload one or more Routes / GPX files that are shown on the map

• Viewers can see your location on Ordnance Survey (OS) Maps

• Timing, including speed and estimated times of arrival are calculated when routes are applied

• Leaderboard timing and ETAs

Yes, you can cancel at any time by contacting us at info@tracktrail.co.uk . You will still be able to enjoy tracking and SOS service until your annual subscription expires. If you want to resume service again another time, you can simply contact us and arrange payment for another year's service. There is no cancellation or reactivation fee, simply the annual subscription plan.
